Service on GE PROFILE REFRIGERATOR ICE MAKER.
Our service technician Bill was top notch. Bill made the service call as promised. He checked out our ice maker, found the problem and made extra effort to find the new ice maker. He went the extra mile to go get and replace the ice maker the same day. He is an amazing technician and employee for Sears Home Services. Roy was very thoughtful. Explained everything he was doing and gave us tips on our refrigerator. Was very thorough. Went above and beyond trying to find the part needed to make sure our refrigerator was fixed the same day since we need to store milk for our babies. Thank you so much Roy.
