Ross came after the promised phone call that he was on the way. He was polite and attentive of the problem.. accomplished the repair, calibrated the oven in a professional manner, and answered all my questions. I was/am very pleased the repair service I received from Sears and Assurance warranty service were true to their promises.

Thomas came in, diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher, ordered the necessary parts and scheduled the final repair all on the first visit! He was here on time to complete the repair, and now the machine works like new. I am very happy with the service Thomas provided.

Two fridge parts were ordered but only one turned up. UPS had delivered the second part to a wrong address. Ellison S was in the process of ordering a replacement part, when the person from the wrong address brought the second part over to our house. He then performed the repair. Additional work may need to be done.

Why did I have the Other Tech here 3 times to fix this refrigerator and Derrick came in diagnosed the problems and the SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE solutions. No one has EVER vacuumed the coils...Derrick did and we are cooling.. suggested a solution for the ice maker. I have hope this time it's fixed
