It has been a long time since we've had a service tech as competent as Jamal. He took the time to explain the issue and show my husband how he was fixing it. He also told us things we can do to help prevent a future problem. In addition to fixing our two issues, he was one of the nicest, most courteous young man we've encountered in quite a while. This young man should be recognized and will go far!

Michael successfully diagnosed my dishwasher and gave me the options. Unfortunately GE does not make parts for an appliance that is only 6 years old, so I didn't get it fixed. But I found Michael to be very nice.

The technician is very knowledgeable and he is able to troubleshoot and ordered the part. Once the part control board delivered he came back and replaced the part and Dishwasher started working like a charm. I highly recommend Sears and their technicians.
