Disappointed
The tech arrived, performed the replacement. We tested the water dispenser. It worked. He then left, after giving me the instruction to run a gallon of water through the lines. He left. I followed his instructions. Water started leaking from the refrigerator. I called the tech. He told me he used the old connector, and didn't have a new one on his truck. I was told to call Assurant and request a recall. Meanwhile I have a refrigerator leaking water all over my floor. Not at all pleased.

Tech
Eugenio the tech was on time, gentle and knowledgeable. He fixed one leak under the fridge and the other leak in the ice maker needs new parts. He checked the part online and notified me that this part is unavailable. He said he will also notify the American Shield that the bad ice maker part is not available. I rate him 5 of 5. Thank you.

No service happened!
The technician was unfamiliar with built in refrigerators and could not attempt repair. Seems like with the model and serial # the company should have known what they were dealing with and either should not have scheduled or cancelled as soon as they knew!

Poor service
I had difficulty understanding him, he made no effort to self, the problem, and then gave me an estimate for almost $900 to replace the electric circuit board. When I told him I would not do it, he suggested turning the breaker on and off – that seem to solve the problem– I resent that he tried to sell me on a expensive fix before trying the simple one.

Situation went from bad to worse
We opened the dishwasher and something snapped, causing the heavy door to drop to the floor. The first fix didn't work. Neither did second, and, during that attempt, the dishwasher was dented in two new places. Now First American is trying to deny coverage.

Not happy
Cody was looking for ways not to do his job. Not a customer friendly tech. One of the worst techs that I have experienced.

Technician never arrived today
Was here last week however did not have any knowledge of my particular commercial grade stove. Indicated someone else would need to come. Was re scheduled for today but no one has been.

Still not Fixed
It's been a month and a half and found out today my refrigerator still is not working. They never tested the dispenser with the water turned on, only pushed to see if ice came out. He cussed every visit the entire time he worked except when there was another tech with him on the last visit 2/28. Seems to hate his job and is rude. Couldn't get a live agent number to call so I could have him removed from my job. If I could give a minus zero stars to A&E Factory Service I would!

I'd give you a zero star if I could!
First of all, Conrad was very nice and friendly when he walked in the door, but the other white guy did not even give me any eye contact - so rude! Then they looked for the model number, but couldn't find it in "the usual places." After they closed me out and left, I found the model number — it was under the meat drawer. They hadn't even take the drawer out! Even if they had seen it, they had already closed out my service call so now I have to start over again. This has been a very frustrating experience. The smallest window I got was 8 AM to 5 PM. They arrived shortly before 12 and left shortly after 12.
