Horrible experience
Technician not capable whatsoever did not even diagnose problem had to arrange for new technician just to diagnose properly. Would never have same technician back in my residence.

YIPPEE FINALLY FIXED SINCE 3/20 first appointment
Daniel fixed my stove after more than 12 scheduled repair appointments. He gets 5 stars. The repair program gets 0. Happy with the repair FINALLY. Your notification system is absolutely terrible. For each scheduled appointment I was held hostage at my home all day then finding out that the repair Technician isn't coming. If I had a job I would have used up all my vacation time, gone without pay or been fired to sit and wait for nothing. I received no notifications. I had to keep going back to the most recent text message to find out the status or update of my scheduled Technician arrival window / time. I would get a window of arrival time and the time would pass but the text message system would not update. I had to call to find out "Where is the Tech". This repair issue has been going on since March 20 , 2025 which was my first appointment scheduled but cancelled mid afternoon due to snow. However prior to that I waiting 3 weeks for Southwest Appliances to call me to schedule repair and they never called. Finally reached out to monogram to find out the status and they said that "Southwest appliances was to busy". This was the Vendor I bought 12 appliances from. Very disappointed Chet. Worse experience ever!!!

Horrible experience
When he first came in the house, he told me that he could not service my appliance. He then showed me that the brand was not listed on his phone app, but he was looking up the wrong brand. He did not show any knowledge of the product or how it worked. After a few minutes of having me operate the appliance for him, he showed me a bid of roughly $900. I said I needed to ask my husband, mostly because I had no confidence in this man's ability to repair my oven. He then informed that the company would never return and would never service my products. I asked him to leave and he insisted he could not leave until he was paid. I told him that I would pay him on the link he sent only when he left my home and was in his van. He would not leave. I walked to the front door and opened it and again asked him to leave. He refused again saying he could not go to his next job until he was paid. I again told him I would only pay the invoice once he was out of my home and in his van. He finally left after I asked him one more time to leave my home. The service is completely run by AI in the office and there was no one to speak with about my horrible experience with this man and company.

Nice, but not very knowledgeable
The technician had to make three trips. The first trip he ordered the wrong parts because he did not listen to me when I'm described the problem. The second trip he ordered the new part and we had to wait another week. The third trip he ordered a part that he said didn't fit. He fiddled around for three hours. And now four days later, my refrigerator is freezing everything!

Deceived
Patrick told me that the warranty does not cover the flickering on my microwave display because it is cosmetic. I paid $100 deductible, but I was denied a refund when I called about the matter. I also paid $100 deductible for my refrigerator repair. A repair was unnecessary. Patrick cleaned the lever, and it slid well again. Because it was not repaired but only cleaned (a simple, minuscule task), I requested a refund for this, but it was also denied. I have been a loyal and content Sears customer for about 50 years, but I am very displeased with the warranty service and refund procedure. I had to wait about a month before I was refunded correctly for the returned parts to repair my refrigerator in April. As a result, I have cancelled my warranty service because this has been a stressful and terrible experience for me.

Issue not fixed
Nicholas was pleasant but the issue is not fixed. This the 4th time over the past 3 months one of your technicians has come to the house and the problem is still not fixed.

No-show
Waited all day for technician to show up and then finally at 4:45 PM he cause it says he's not coming to work on our refrigerator because he doesn't work on built-ins. Very disappointing.

Useless Appointment
Technician did not have tools to diagnose and repair GE appliance. Wast of time. Why was he sent out when they new make and model having issues. He walked in house with no tools knowing he could not fix issue.

Washer dryer/stove, refrigerator
I had a request in for my washer, dryer, stove, and refrigerator. Only thing that was worked on today was my washer and stove I would have rather had my washer and dryer done today and my stove and refrigerator done at another appointment but per the technician that could not be done so now I have to wait a whole 10 days for my dryer that is not working at all to be looked at.

Gave bad advice and didn't fix
Technician came to install new ice maker that previous technician had ordered. He stated that I didn't need a new ice maker, all I need to do was unplug my fridge/freezer and let it thaw out. Did so, wasting a lot of food that didn't fit in coolers, but it didn't work. It's now over 2 months later and still have yet to have a fix as Sears technicians keep canceling my appointments. They've taken my money and haven't repaired. Impossible to get any sort of resolution.
