Not great
Technician was not careful placing burner grates on polished stainless steel grill cover. Needed to borrow tools and carburetor cleaner. Left greasy paper towels on counter. Not very communicative. Was unable to fix drip tray issue. Fixed non-igniting burner.

Ineffective repair after correct diagnosis
Todd is an experienced technician. However, after correctly diagnosing that our refrigerator had a malfunctioning fan motor he made the problem worse (resulting in no cooling!) by not noticing that he had a)ordered the incorrect replacement part, and b)not noticing that he was installing an incorrect (incompatible) part. The problem "chain" started with Todd not noticing that the replacement fan motor he ordered only had one plug whereas the fan motor that failed had TWO plugs. The second plug on the failing motor that he was going to replace had one of the two plugs connected to the temperature sensor of the refrigerator. We had to wait for a week for the (wrong) fan motor. Then, on his second visit to install the replacement part, he installed the new fan motor and left (whether unintentionally or otherwise) the temperature sensor plug dangling (unconnected). He installed all the covers and pointed out that "air was flowing" from the upper vent of the cooling tower. He was satisfied with that and DID NOT ENSURE that the air coming from the top of the cooling tower was in fact COLD AIR. As a result, the logic board controlling the engagement of the evaporator coils never sensed that the temperature in the refrigerator compartment was just ambient air. As a result of Todd's inattention to detail (replacement fan motor having only one plug vs the failing installed fan motor having two plugs) the refrigerator never got cool air. Our food completely spoiled and we had to wait yet another week for another technician (Brandon). Brandon noticed the discrepancy but while attempting to order the "correct" fan motor discovered the the parts diagram for our mode refrigerator showed the incorrect fan motor (only one plug). He solved the problem by cutting the both the single plug of the incorrect replacement part and the dual plug from the failing fan motor (which had a plug for the temperature sensor) from the old, failing fan motor and "splicing" it to the new fan.

GE Mojogram repair
Your technician straight up lied to me. After several iterations of his lie, I asked home to leave. I expect a refund on the service that was conducted on Wednesday. I will pay you for what I can get the investor part for which was alittle over $200.

Didn't repair at all. Joe gets a zero review.
Joe came out, fiddled with the mechanism, proclaimed that we should give the refrigerator 24 hours to fully cook down, and then left. It's been 24 hours and the refrigerator temperatures have not changed even one degree.

GE Monogram Freezer ice maker/leak repair
This has nothing to do with the Service Tech. He was put in a "no win" position. You sent a technician who knew NOTHING about GE Monogram freezers, ice makers, or internal freezer draw systems. Again, not his fault. He took it apart and then couldn't get it back together. In the meantime we were scrambling to find ways to keep our food from thawing. In the end, we lost about $200 worth of food. We now had a freezer draw system in pieces with a tech who didn't know how to get it back together. The food that hadn't thawed was in the freezers of our neighbors. Three separate appointments were made to get a tech back out to put the freezer back together. Appointments were confirmed each day. We sat around waiting EACH day only to be told at the end of each day that the appointment had to be rescheduled due to manpower issues. In the meantime I spent the better part of a half day taking out the parts from the 4 draws he attempted to reinstall, reassembled them correctly, (external to the Freezer), and labeled them so that when a technician finally did come out he could reinstall the draws correctly. Needless to say I am not at all happy and if I could give you negative stars, I would. Trying to call Advantage to speak with a human was a lost cause. All I got with every number I called was the same useless menu of options. By the way, the original problem was NOT fixed and this is not the first time we had problems with getting appliances fixed by you folks. Are you going to reimburse us for the food lost?? And by way of a reminder, THIS WAS NOT THE FAULT OF THE TECHNICIAN. He was over his head and you put him there.

Washing machine still not working
The technician has come out to my home twice and the washing machine still has not been fixed. First the machine would not drain , now after it has been "repaired" it is leaking water.

Stay away!
Two times, never called, never came, but said they did. Not reliable, can't trust them. And when you call, you can't speak to a human. Horrible. Do not use them for service.
