Oven Locks Up

Scheduled a technician to visit and troubleshoot our double-wall oven. It locks up occasionally without any reason or warning. The first tech scheduled was a no-show with no excuse or apology. The second tech we scheduled showed up, turned the ovens on, waited an hour, and, since the "occasional" problem did not present itself, stated there was nothing he could do and that we'd have to take a photo or video the next time it happened. Basically, we paid $100 for nothing. The first tech that arrived for an unassociated visit to troubleshoot our stovetop offered more information than this tech did. And I must say, attempting to have a conversation about a tech not showing up for a service appointment is a waste of time, as it was unable to comprehend the situation. Being able to speak with a human being when necessary would bump your level of service up to a standard, reasonable level.

A new humming noise made me schedule a service call. John told me I needed a new compressor. He did the replacement, but the noise/hot grille issue is still there. It makes me wonder if it was misdiagnosed. Not pleased.

David was nice however I'm not sure he knew exactly what was going on with our Monogram Refrigerator. The loud nice that randomly come from (the compressor- my opinion) refrigerator couldn't not be explained. No parts were ordered and no resolution was made. Just was told to call back if I hear the noise again….

My appointment was 8-12. Hr showed up at 3:15. No repair was done as the water line is on the back of the refrigerator and he said he couldn't move the refrigerator to access the water line. This was a totally wasted day for me. I'm very disappointed with your service. The tech was courteous nevertheless.

Repair of oven

It took almost 2 months to repair my oven. The first visit was fine but the follow-up visit to install the parts was a problem since the repairman never showed up for the scheduled appointment . It took another two weeks to schedule another appointment so I was without a functioning oven for almost two months. I was not happy.

Alonso was friendly and explained what we had to do to the washer. He showed us what had happened to the clock or timer , that's why it didn't work. We had a trial run and it worked.

It is impossible to talk to anyone live at the phone numbers listed on the webpage. There is absolutely nowhere to leave a message anywhere on the website or phone. A computer answers the phone and website and just runs you in circles trying to sell you their monthly service plan, but you can not talk to anyone nor tell anyone what is wrong with your appliance. If your problem is not on their website list of possible problems, you are not able to indicate what your problem is. The tech who shows up at your home asks you what your problem is, but then he just gives a cursory glance at the appliance and guesses what parts might be required at a very stiff price and labor charge. If you decide that the cost of repair is too high, you get charged a large call out fee. You are told you have 30 days to change your mind and decide to let them attempt to do the repair assuming the parts are correct; however there is no way to let them know you've changed your mind since the website and phone do not have the capability to take a message. How stupid is that!!!!! I will never do business with this company again!
