We had an appointment before Juan and person said we weren't home and we were. They left. Juan at least called when he was on way. Your app is BAD. No ability to communicate with tech. He didn't do anything just tested temp. My temp is back at 41. How do I get someone back?

Charles did a great job with the repair and provided a lot of guidance on use. However the door handle apparently got scratched during the repair .

The problem was diagnosed; and self corrected. However, we did not come up with a solution to prevent it in the future. David suggested the door insulation might be deteriorated. I will need to follow up for a replacement door on the unit.
