My Technician Ali was great. He was pleasant and very professional. As far as the company I have absolutely nothing good to say about them. I wasted 4 days waiting around for a technician that didn't show. When u try to contact the company u get an AI person named Amanda and no matter how much u try u cannot get a real person. If this was the last appliance repair company on the earth I wouldn't use them again.

I am working with Michael from Sears on my refrigerator. Michael was sent to my house by Sears previously and he ordered parts to install. According to Michael he is waiting for parts to arrive. I do not need Victor to start from the beginning.
