Tech was Quick, Knowledgeable, but my appointment was scheduled on Saturday and cancelled by Sears at the last moment. Rescheduled on Monday from 1-5. Tech called and said he was over booked and didn't make it. Rebooked final for the next day. I do like the tracking feature.

Jose is excellent service technician! i had a number of issues scheduling services, finding out status and with simple calling. Not one of your representatives could tell me the status of my service request. Then Jose arrived and had the correct part and adaptor and fixed the GE Monogram refrigerator today! He was knowledgeable, friendly, resourceful and had an amazing 25 years of service. An excellent representative and technician for Sears. A definite keeper!!
