After the other technician telling me I would have to reschedule the appointment I made for yesterday because he doesn't want to work on dishwashers, Michael showed up today and took care of the issue in less than 15 minutes. Michael always shows up when he says he will, does a good job and is very knowledgeable and professional. (P.S. The other technician needs to find another company to work for before he loses business for Sears Home Services. This isn't the first time he's been a no show.)

Michael did an excellent job in repairing my dishwasher. He was very careful and clean with the dishwasher and surrounding surfaces. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable and went out of his way to help me connect the dishwasher to WiFi. I would highly recommend Michael.
