No repairs
The tech showed up at 8 am , sat in his car , not getting out and left. Showed up again at 11 and knocked the door and left before i was able to open the door. I am not understanding why he didn't call me. Closed my claim due to us not being home

Lazy and didn't fix it
Went on google and didn't even bother diagnosing the problem or listening to my concerns. Was here for 5 mins and left and said call back if more problems. And I tried to tell him the issue and he just didn't care and now my fridge isn't working again in less than 24 hours after he came here and wasted my time. Thanks for nothing.

Very Nice, but lights don't work
Saul was very nice and he gets 5 stars for that. The 1 star is becaise the light he replaced went out and now my lights and the same one that was replaced is flickering again.

Complete unprofessional failure
Andy did not show up during the 8-5 window of this, our second appointment to try to get our Cafe Microwave fixed. He texted my wife, not me, while she was driving to Indy, but then never replied or explained why he had failed to show and canceled our appointment. No one is taking any responsibility to get this fixed, and we've been without our microwave for two weeks now. There's no way to penetrate the phone tree and reach an actual human to address these failures. The preparatory video call turned out to be useless as well. More than one day wasted off work and counting at this rate.

Terrible Customer Service
It took 4 visits to get my refrigerator repaired. The initial visit took place on August 13th. The technician diagnosed the problem, told me he ordered the parts and would be back on August 23rd to install them. Somehow the parts weren't ordered and the inoperable A.I. had no record of the follow up visit so it cancelled the August 13th appointment (which did happen) I had to go through the warranty insurance company to reopen a service call that happened on August 18th. Rueben who is a very nice person returned. Rediagnosed the problem, reordered the parts (got proof of order this time). Installation of parts was scheduled for September 2nd. Rueben returned and installed the evaporator, then realized he did not have enough nitrogen to test his repair so I had to reschedule another visit. Here is the real frustrating part. Since the ONLY avenue for customer service is an A.I. system, I had to accept the next available appointment 10 days away. What should have happened is that, since the problem was on the technician's part, he should have returned the next day. He told me he has to go where the A.I. sends him and had NO ONE for me to talk to since there is NO LIVE PERSON in the scheduling system to rectify a bad situation. Since I was leaving for a vacation on September 7th, I had to wait until September 27th for Rueben to return to finally repair my refrigerator, which he did yesterday. Bottom line, I have no real issue with Rueben the technician. Can't figure out what happened with the original visit and why parts were not ordered. Second, he made the mistake of not knowing he was out of nitrogen. I wasn't happy, but mistakes happen. The real issue is that there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE with Sears Home Services. Once something doesn't go according to plan, a customer has no options to get SHS to do the right thing. Putting the service technician in the position of attempting to satisfy an unhappy customer is awful. I would NEVER recommend SHS

The dishwasher is not working still after repeated attempts
Please send back the technician because the dishwasher is not functioning. It has been 3 months since it has been reported. Despite repeated attempts, wrong parts shipped, the same issue persists.

Cafe freezer recurring alarms over 30 times now
Sears technician came with no computer and found no fault and said clean coil and run at 0F/37F. Alarms continue and now back up to 22F. Job was not left open as stated

Horrible
The issue was the hose clamp, he tried to fix the door and when I rescheduled to come back, he cancelled the appointment.
