Knowledgeable and experienced
Frank was quick in diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator and when putting back things together, he ensures they are correct and are in working order. He cares about his job performance. Also, easy to understand and friendly.

Technician and service great. Scheduling needs improvement. Having a customer scheduled from 8am to 5pm is not acceptable. Other companies offer windows of time say 8am to 12pm or 1pm to 5pm.
