Horrible Customer Service, Issue still persists

Horrible Customer Service no human agent, Issue still persists even after several visits and cancellations, now they cancelled and rescheduled for a week later. Tech came and ordered new parts and nothing fixed. I have little kids and I have been doing dishes for a month now, this dishwasher is broke. This has to be the worst service on the planet ever, hands down. I am not the only one sharing this frustration. Never again I am coming to sears.

Induction range repair

Had no idea what he was coming to service. Had to goggle are problem to figure out what to do. Had no experience with induction ranges and said our problem was normal and left. Frankly I wouldn't have let him touch it if he actually diagnosed it properly.

Didn't fix dishwasher

Tech was supposed to just swap out sprayer arm. Claimed to test it. Left and now dishwasher doesn't even run a cycle. Just stops after trying to drain. This is after waiting 2 weeks! Now I'll have to get on the schedule again for another appointment window of 8-5. Yay….

Dishwasher still broken

Repair on our oven

The tech replace the ignitor on the lower oven. In the process he scratched our new quarts counter top. I asked what he is going to do about it. He gave me the phone number to the insurance company. He also did not push the stove all the way back in place or put the cover back on to the light in the lower oven. He also did not test it to determine if it was still leaking gas at start up. The stove is just over two years old.

Tec did not hear the noise I've called about. He looked inside and outside the refrigerator and finally said there are 5 or 6 things that can cause a vibrating sound but he could not determine what it is and then he left.

All day time window a problem

I arranged my schedule to be home all day. The doorbell was not working when the technician arrived. I was on a Zoom call for work when he tried calling me to say he arrived. It took me a few minutes to extract myself from the meeting and go to the door, but he was already gone. If he does not come back, I have scheduled an entire day at home to wait for him.

Tech a lair

The tech did not fix my dryer. He left my house without fixing my dryer. I told him the dryer not working. He kept saying give it some time. I kept assisting the tech to come back downstairs to look at it again. The tech was in a rush and it was after 6pm the tech came the my house.
