We explained the error message that appeared and downtime on our oven. Roosevelt went to his truck to call for explanation from office of error and waited 15 minutes with no reply so he came back inside. Suddenly the oven started to work so he said to wait till it happens again.

Service created problems
When he placed the new element in the stove, there was an issue between the continuity and the power which blew the fuse in the breaker box. The electrician came out says there's nothing wrong with the fuse box. It's where the technician installed the new heating element. We're gonna have to have someone come out From your company and fix it.

We waited one and a half weeks for our appt as Sears told us they had to order parts due to our issue. The repair man came with no parts. We also received no parts. He looked at the fridge and said it was fine. I explained that when I called the fridge was freezing my food. I raised the temperature to 39 degrees to alleviate the problem. He said that was ok and there is no issue. He told us to leave it on 39 .instead of the recommended 37 . degrees. We are not satisfied with the visit as he didn't fix the problem.

No -Existant Evaluation
This was the second service call in less than 30 days. The initial issue was I make was not working and freezer was not cooling properly. The defrost sensor got changed and fridge worked great for a week and a half and then ice maker stopped making ice and freezer was not at correct temp, On this call the guy was super nice but all he focused on was that the ice maker was not making ice. He did not pull the fridge out to look and read/diagnose on the back panel nor did he pull out the freezer drawer. He replaced the ice maker and left. We still have no ice and a freezer that is not working properly and will have to make yet again another service call. Being a month without a properly working fridge is unacceptable.

Not all his fault
The company assurance - which I will be sure to give bad reviews .. set him up for failure. That said I wanted him to at least pull out the dishwasher and see what happening. But no. Overall was not pleased with how any of this went down.

Refrigerator repair service
Not satisfied with repair estimate. Did not do any diagnostic test to see what was wrong with refrigerator. Did a visual physical inspection, ask for history, mentioned it could be the board need replacing that's why not cooling, no guarantees will fix, need to replace to proceed to even diagnose if further needed and will have to pay 1/2 diagnostic fee again.
