Refrigerator Servuce
He did a very thorough job in installing the new part and then unclogging the drain which required taking apart almost all the inside parts. He cleaned the unit's compressor which was caked in soot and dirt. and had been the principal reason the unit had been making heavy noises. Now it runs as quiet as when is was first installed.

Bush is a competent and respectful technician. However, based on Sears home service policy, I needed to be available for 8 hour window of time. It took 2 sessions of time which meant 16 hours of potential unpaid work. I believe this practice is poor customer service. When I attempted to call Sears home service, the only contact I was able to make was either through the computer or an automated phone service. The other problem is that the review is only allowed for the service technician not the structured process. This places the technician in a very vulnerable position, especially when it is the structure not the technician that is problematic.

Mechanic was nice..but freezer doesn't slide easily. ...cold setting a mystery...design of placement of fan motor is inaccessible without complete disassembly of freezer costs customer tme and money.

Nice that Mike did call us about an hour before he showed up. Put all the parts in but the ice maker still does not work. Will have to call today to have some one come out and look at it again.

Technican was great diagnosed problem order right part and when I finally got a way to contact A&e service ie. sears home service , it went well. Problem was the service order I got from a&e didnt work on we site. There was no phone number to reach a&e . I could not confirm I got the part . I had to call my service contract provider 5 times to finally get sone there that said they would confirm appointment. I got a confirmation at 10:21 the next day and the tech showed up at 10:30 very bad system need way to contact service company directly I would not them for this reason!!!

No complaints on A&E, but what a terrible thermostat THOR placed in these ovens. We've owned the product for about 19 months and it is on its 4th thermostat. None will control at setpoint, all have temperature swings plus or minus 100F from whatever setpoint they select.

Second major repairing 4 months which is not Ruben's fault. Initial diagnosis went ok. Ruben ordered replacement parts and scheduled the return visit for installation. Problem was, manufacturer shipped the wrong part so another part was ordered and Ruben rescheduled another visit. Obviously no fault on Ruben's part, just that the repair did not go as planned. Once he had the right parts, the frig got fixed. Hard to rate the repair process highly when it does not go as planned. Ruben is very nice, professional and does what he can to satisfy the customer. He is the only customer service your company has since everything else is AI generated which absolutely stinks.

Had Dave come for part 1- would give him a 5; worked very hard to figure out problem, talked me through, , used probe in oven to show me current temperatures , etc. Give Jeff 3 - not communicating, I had to ask him to put floor protection board on floor before moving oven out( looked up at me like really),before he left( when finished) my husband asked him if he was going to check oven temp with probe, just looked at him, showed him where temp shows On oven. Left. If this was my first experience with your company I wouldn't recommend you. Luckily I had Dave first.

The gasket between the glass and stove to controls I'd not fixed completely. Know the gasket is total between the glass and control panel It's about in the middle and about 3 1/2 inches long. The job was not completed.
