Ron was nice. He tried hard to find and fix the problem. It was frustrating we noticed the problem in August and now it's December. Ron did not say this but other sources told me Assurant does not pay their vendors very well. It was crazy that it took so long to get it fixed.

Missing human interaction in the scheduling process. It's not so reasonable to provide an arrival time from 8-5. However Wayne was knowledgeable, friendly, and diligent in his work and did a nice job with a timely repair.
