Van service technician
Van was on time, professional, and the job was worked on. The problem is not resolved but, he made phone calls and provided solutions. Very happy with the service.

Joseph tried to get our refrigerator up and running by going through a series of diagnostic steps and also tried to contact GE technical support but was not able to reach anyone before they closed at 5 pm The GE technical support phone tree setup was horrible and had him on hold for nearly 1/2 The time he was here. Ultimately he had to leave and our refrigerator is not repaired.

Collin was fine. Sears was not able to query the fridge computer. Collin explained that only GE service has the equipment because it is cost prohibitive for other service providers to purchase the query equipment.

Oven works again which is great but didn't put the oven completely back together and I don't know how to. Finish work is important.
