The man came in and immediately knew that the door's gasket was fine and didn't need replacing. He simply tucked it in and glued it better. We went with the freezer door taped shut for two weeks waiting for the new gasket which was unnecessary. Oh well!

They don't make technicians like Evan very often, if ever! Evan was very knowledgeable and patient and went about his business efficiently. He fixed the problem and even diagnosed an unrelated problem quickly so we coild get our stove back into service. Nice guy, so glad he came to work on our unit
