Don is a throwback to the days of good customer service. He called me the morning he was scheduled and gave me a two-hour window of when he would be here, instead of the terrible 8-hour window that is the best the main office will give. He was friendly and very respectful of my home. I wish all repair guys were as good as Don.

After so many attempts by other technicians Lu spent his time disassembling and reassembling all the parts and whatever he did, my dishwasher is as good as new!
