This was the second A&E mechanic for the same product. The first one diagnosed the problem and had to wait another week to get the part send to me. Francis fixed the problem in a timely manor when he arrived.

Refigerator Malfunction

Don was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem in minutes. Unfortunately, the replacement part that was needed to complete the job was not in his truck. Now, we must order the part and have it installed' more delays and inconvenience. This was not Don's fault but exposes the poor process your company has for effective job performance and customer satisfaction. This could have been avoided by having the Technician call us to understand the problem and identify potential solutions. In that way he could have had the part in his truck and fixed the problem in one trip. Talking to foreigners at a call center is not very conducive for promoting customer satisfaction.
