My mom's double oven key pad got a strange code on it and became unresponsive. It also kept beeping. We finally had to turn the power off to the oven. It has been off for 2 months. When James got to the house, he turned the power back on to the oven, and there was no code on it. The key pad worked and so did both ovens. All it needed was a professional repair man to show up!

I scheduled a service repair at 2pm, and was doubtful that anyone would come (given the service time is 8am to 5pm). Boy, I was wrong. Dan arrived around 3pm and in a few minutes diagnosed the issue. He adjusted the screws to the oven motor / fan and bingo problem solved. Dan was great! 5 stars. Highly recommended.
