Troy was very nice, punctual, professional and neat and clean. The only issue was this job required 2 men and only Troy was sent. That undeterred him. He stayed until it was finished and figured out how to complete the on his own. My husband did help him if he needed bc like I said it was a 2 man job.

Harel was courteous and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what he needed to repair the refrigerator. The repair was done this morning. Still waiting for it to completely cool off but he even told me he will call me later just to make sure everything went as planned. I was very impressed.
