My (adult) son was home when Felix arrived. SEARS must have forgotten to tell Felix that I used the chat in the morning (around 9 AM?) to reschedule my appointment for Wednesday (a day later) requesting he try to come before 2 PM. I realized I could not be home after 2 PM today. Felix came during the 3:00 hour. I am glad that my dryer is no longer making noise and Felix was able to take care of the problem. I'm also glad my son was home, as he had just returned home from a trip shortly before Felix arrived. I'm wondering why my chat communication was ineffective.

Timothy did an outstanding job of pinpointing the problem and ordering and installing the replacement part. We have had other techs from other companies come out but they never solved the problem.

John and Karl were both professionals. My only complaint is that someone missed the original scheduled appointment but I can't blame that on karl. Stove works and they kept the area clean.
