Kym has been working on microwaves over 4 decades and really knows her stuff. She was very respectful of our home and explained everything as she went along. The only problem she had was that she came out on a Saturday and when she needed to get authorization to order parts your office was closed. It seems silly to schedule a service call and then not have your offices open.

I was very happy with the technician Cortez. He was very personable and efficient. When he asked me to sign a waiver, so that Sears would not be responsible if anything happened to let's say the floor or cabinets anything like that if he dropping the oven, I was a little suspicious. I really didn't like that. But Cortez had a table that he brought with him that he used to pull the oven out. He did a great job and I'm very satisfied at least so far. Time will tell if the oven is working well. Cortez was very polite and efficient.
