Matthew did a professional job repairing our range. The scheduling process however is lacking. Days and hours waisted not knowing when the repair will occur is terrible. Its like the cable guy episode on Seinfield.

Mark was kind, friendly, and excellent at his job! He called me in the morning to tell me where I was on his list of jobs, and said he'd call again on his way from the job before mine. Mark then called when he was on his way. When he arrived, he worked hard and removed the defective arm in my dishwasher.There were no instructions available for him to follow, but Mark figured it all out on his own and then installed the replacement arm. There was also a missing screw but he replaced it as well. Mark did a great job and now I have my dishwasher back! Mark is extraordinary and the epitome of outstanding customer service
