Justin did an outstanding job. He was here for less than an hour and showed us how to adjust the setting of temperature for the oven - he solved our problem and we now know what to do if our problem reoccurs. Excellent job!

Ben found the problem immediately. He did not have the replacement piece in the work truck, so he went out to a store to get it. Ben wanted to be sure that my range was in working order today.
