Tamin was professional, and knowledgeable about what needed to done to restore my refrigerator to optimum condition. He took the time to explain what he was doing as well as inspecting my dishwasher to ascertain whether it needed servicing. He took the time to troubleshoot a tiny leak from the waterline to the refrigerator and advised me to have a plumber replace the water tube. He deserves 5 stars!
