repair of GE Cafe refrigerator
Gary was very nice and appeared very competent. However, the GE service folks scheduled the wrong group. He called a GE rep and got advise, but was not equipped for GE. Not his fault - scheduling.

I am really pleased with the prompt service I received. Ahmad was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He troubleshot the problem quickly and explained his findings in terms that I could understand. He made the repair quickly and then tested the dishwasher to make sure it was ready to go. He was in and out of my house in less than an hour. I am very satisfied.

It's been a troubling and trying experience with getting our dishwasher repaired. However, I have to commend our technician, Steven, for his tenacity and diligent persistence in getting the job done. Even though it took several visits and reordered parts, his determination to find the root problem is commendable. Too bad I can't say the same for his scheduling service. Dealing with them via phone & email has been trying to say the least. My wife and I will be reevaluating whether we continue with Sears warranty & appliance service.
