Excellent service!
Jake went above and beyond to take care of not only our fridge but our dryer as well. We had an appointment the day before for our dryer but the technician assigned to the job did not come. I explained what happened to Jake and he reached out to the company to see if he could take on that call while he was here. Once he got approval and the order cane to his phone, he went straight to work. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciate his work! Thank you Jake!
