Service Tecnician Robert was wonderful. Had the part with him and fixed it immediately on July 9th. However, Sears Services Management "needs improvement" in performance evaluation lingo. I had an appt on 7/27/25, after waiting all day they were a no show. Made a second appt for July 8th, again a no show after waiting all day. There is only an AI Robot Robert (I get the joke, Sears) to talk to. Robert did come on July 9th.So in conclusion, technicians are great, but an "F" for Management.
