While it took longer than we would have liked to get our repair scheduled and completed, Philip could not have been more helpful and competent. He explained what had failed on our GE Cafe refrigerator and the repairs he was making. Then he replaced the failed parts, gave us advice on where to set the thermostat, cleaned up the work area and was done. Very professional.

An issue with our GE Café Dishwasher manifested itself this morning! I called Assurant mid morning. I was delighted to hear I could get service today! I was extremely delighted when Technician Andre arrived around 1:30pm, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the problem is reportedly not repairable, caused by faulty design, and faulty workmanship during the production process. I am waiting anxiously to hear from Assurant regarding an acceptable solution!

Was relived when Jim showed up. Went right to work and did everything possible to get our refrigerator working correctly. Jim did what he was supposed to with respect and a great work ethic. That is more than the people who schedule as all they can say is I understand or I am sorry but all I can do is reschedule. And the AI Samantha; what a joke. Ask to talk to a live person and all she say is there is no one here. And she cannot give you a phone number to talk to a live person. There is got to be a.person that can make a decision to take care of one's issues, not an AI to shield management. Jim was great scheduling him to come was a nightmare in an never ending loop of AI.
