Great service from John and his colleague in training
John called a few minutes before his arrival to confirm we were home. He was pleasant, professional and replaced the two faulty parts quickly leaving the kitchen clean and organized.

Five star for the technician. Two stars for Sears not giving you a time when a technician might be here. Even an a.m. or p.m. would be better than waiting all day long. Also, hire some humans to answer the phones.

I'm so glad he was the one chosen to return the second time because he knew exactly what he was doing and was able to troubleshoot the problem and get it fixed quickly and easily. I highly recommend whoever goes to fix an appliance that needs a second visit that you retain the same person that was there for the first time it makes it so much easier
