Salvador service call
Salvador arrived on time, listened to my update of the problem and started his repair activity in a timely manner. It took very little time for him to find the problem and fix the problem that was caused at installation in March 2022. Two hose connections were not tightened properly and finally loosened enough to allow water flow to the floor. Not a big deal but it still took a service person to remove the dishwasher and find the loose connections and reinstall the dishwasher. Salvador went to great efforts to align the dishwasher to its required position.

Kenneth came out regarding our refrigerator and dishwasher. He was able to fix the problem with the refrigerator. He also ordered a replacement door for our dishwasher and already scheduled the return appointment. Very nice person.

Karl was great!!!! However y experience with the Sears automated system was terrible. I originally had an appointment on a Monday and no one showed up and you cannot reach a human to resolve issues
