Bob is a great technician. He made sure he had enough time to work on our stove when the admin scheduled him for a 50min slot. He rescheduled, ordered all the parts and got the job done when he could devote the time it needed. He is detail oriented and good communicator with arrival times and where he is on the process of his job.

Neil was an excellent technician. He came to my home at 8:00-ish but the part he needed had not been delivered yet. He graciously said he would watch the FedEx app and return once the part was delivered. Later that evening, around 5PM, Neil returned to repair my refrigerator. I don't know what his normal hours of operations are, but he obviously started his day at 7-something, and was willing to return to my home at 5-something, which means he was willing to work extended hours, and yet his attitude was pleasant and of the utmost professionalism. He performed the job well, and he handled my refrigerator with great care, and he left the place clean. I appreciate people who care about their jobs and seem to care about the customer.
