Omar was probably the fourth or fifth technician to try to fix the dishwasher… it was the same problem… the door kept saying it wasn't closed. Omar immediately knew what it was…. The dishwasher wasn't level and he had to lower the feet of the dishwasher and move it a bit…. Sure enough that seemed to be the problem! The dishwasher is working great right now! There was nothing wrong with the upper rack. Omar is an asset to your company. Thank you, Omar!

Joel was professional and troubleshooted the refrigerator on a Saturday afternoon. part was ordered and shipped to my house. The next Friday the tefigerator was fixed. Appreciate the prompt and courteous service.

Awesome worker and knowledgeable, polite and very kind. AI should not be in use when working with real people. it makes the poor technicians work double. We need real people coordinating the schedules. Thank you. The techs are great.
