Raymond was great.  He really knows his trade. I have had him before and he is always up to the job of whatever appliance he has to repair.

Today though I am disappointed with Sears and its Master Protection Agreement. I was told by Raymond I would have to get my own plumber to install the new one that Sears will send me. Never was I notified that would be the case and I have had protection agreements since 1970. This is not acceptable in my book.
