Hameed came in and was very polite and knowledgeable. He checked out the garbage disposer and evaluated the situation. He helped connect us with who we need to talk to. He was honest with us explained things so we could understand. We were very pleased with the appointment.

Stefan was amazing. First, he was very timely with the initial phone call to let me know he was on his way. He was polite and he knew exactly what to look for and how to fix it. In addition, I want to say that he explained the different protection plans available which I was really happy about.

Raymond was great. He really knows his trade. I have had him before and he is always up to the job of whatever appliance he has to repair. Today though I am disappointed with Sears and its Master Protection Agreement. I was told by Raymond I would have to get my own plumber to install the new one that Sears will send me. Never was I notified that would be the case and I have had protection agreements since 1970. This is not acceptable in my book.
