Leroy was very diligent in troubleshooting what parts were needed to repair our washer. He worked hard to find the parts and made sure the order was made correctly. He also checked the garbage disposal and determined it needed to be replaced. He was very competent.

The Sears technician, Tyler, was professional, technically competent, and cordial. He reconfirmed that a ring seal on the disposer needed replacing and made note in his PM comments. Washing machine performed as required with no issues identified. I appreciate him coming to conduct PM checks/inspections on the disposer and washer. He is an asset to Sears maintenance programs.
