Total Scam …
I was told replacing parts on my garbage disposal amounted to "plumbing" and I would be required to hire a plumber. I can see now that the home appliance warranty I purchased is nothing more than a scam …. I'm extremely sorry I purchased this warranty plan.

Service not technician
Again Sears failed to replace my garbage disposal. After 6 service calls, 6 days missing work, hours on phone, I have decided to replace it myself and will send complaints to Sears Corporate, A&E Factory, and Better Business Bureau. Thanks for no help.

Garbage disposal
Waited from 8am until 4:30pm. Received several updates during the day with arrival times followed by no response from Patrick S. Stating he's on the way. Finally at 4:30pm Patrick S called stating the Sears does not install garbage disposals. Why schedule a 2nd service call if not to install the replacement disposal. Disappointed that I waited all day only to discover the Sears does not install replacement disposal.
