This service call turned out to be more than a check as our key pad did not work. Chris lattempted to fix it -- it was beyond repair and a replacement had to be ordered. Chris returned in a timely manner and got us back on track. While this was likely a routine call for Chris, I would like to add Chris has been here several times and we always get good service from him Most appreciated, Chris !!

The technician was great. Very professional. Would have him back anytime. The parts are another matter. We had to wait five weeks for it. Called several times. Took forever to get to talk to a person. On 12/5 6:30pm I talked to Jean. She said she would pass on the message and some one would call me back in 24 hrs . She said part was on order. Six days later, still no call. On 12/11 3:51pm called back talked to Abraham. He said the part was ordered on the 8th and that we should call in when we get the part. I don't know how the part could have been ordered when I talked to Jean. But Abraham said it was ordered on the8. They need to get there stories straight. Very disappointed I'm that. We're 73 &76 years old and we had to lift up a heavy door every time we went in & out. My husband is recovering from shoulder surgery and it was hard on him and I. So we weren't happy with the long wait on the part!!! Serviceman was great!!
