Both technicians were great. The first one found the problem quickly. The technician who did the repair once the part arrived also did a great job. He stayed until I was sure the oven was heating up properly.

After months of and months of going around and around with Frigidaire and my new freezer's door not sealing properly, Pierre was able to assess the problem and get the door to properly seal. While I would highly recommend Pierre, I would never again buy a Frigidaire product as they don't back their products even under warranty.

Raymond was Excellent. Professional and a people person. He was very knowledgeable about the work he was completing. He explained what happened and what the parts were for. He cleaned up the clogged before putting the refrigerator back together. I was really impressed with his work and customer service. He is a jewel to the company.
