Fridge Repair
Choice warranty informed me that the technician informed them that my fridge was not accessible. The Technician checked my fridge and informed me that my compressor was defective. I do not understand the mis communication. I have been waiting to have my Fridge repaired for over three weeks.

Dissatisfied
Thomas was fine although not as professional as I prefer a tech to be. Although he knew what to do, he did not return in a timely manner to complete the repair when I told him the next day that the repair had failed. I had to wait another 2 weeks for a tech return and no communication was provided by the company. Today I have been without a refrigerator for 27 days. This is outrageous. I hold A&E Factory Service responsible—they are terrible. I don't know why Sears keeps using them decade after decade. In all my long life I've never had such horrible service as with this company. They could have advised me 2 weeks prior that I would likely need a new unit and saved me increased stress and the inability to eat properly for my health condition. Yes my health has suffered because of this. I wish there was something positive to share but my several encounters with this "repair" company have been rather a nightmare. I will not do further business with A&E. Again this is NOT a reflection on Thomas.
