Beyond Disgusted

I took off work to be home during the "scheduled" time given 8am-5pm for the repair technician...after checking the link provided it showed that the technician would arrive at 4pm than changed to 2:58pm... 2:58 comes and goes when I received a text msg asking for a "review/rate" for the services I NEVER received followed by my card being charged the entire service fee... and when I revisited the "provided link " it conveys basically the same thing... needless to say... like anyone would do...I tried using their "chat" feature which does not provide a prompt to address anything other than their preset prompts... thus, resorted to calling...low and behold, the accent of the individual who's first language is obviously NOT the same as mine put my address as 2301 instead of 2101... one and three are NOT anywhere near the same in sound or phonics,let alone close on a standard keyboard let alnoe a ten-key pad...here it is...the technician goes to the wrong address, of which I drove to IMMEDIATELY and whom could not be found or confirmed as even being there... thus I called... well, nearly 40 minutes I am on the phone with them and told they have resubmitted a new order with my correct address... and told they will be at my actual address within the same 8-5 window and that they can't address the charge on my card for 24 hours... as I type this it is 4:50 and my repair technician still has no-showed... I lost a days wages... charged for it and now the refrigerator full of food that I have iced the entire day ..no technician... a Oops where sorry will resend one that has not came and money taken out of my account for a service never received and told you'll have to wait 24 hours for them to even try to give it back... my food most likely a loss!!!! I'm livid!!!!

Poor service, no service

This is the 3rd time a technician has been to my home. Fazell came the 1st time and was unable to fix. He did order parts. The 2nd technician put in the parts but the ice maker still did not work. Fazell came back the 2nd time, still not working.

Terrible. You cannot declare if the appliances is fixable or not. I suffered 4 most without a refrigerator and let the electrician in and out and kept ordering spare parts but still not fixable. At least 7 on your side is there.

Never fixed anything

He took what I thought was wrong fixed that and still a problem worst technical out there!! All he did was take my money he never put the dryer back together made me do it and still there was a problem.

Technician was not able to solve the problem. Fridge makes like a grinding sound, but not all the time. Of course the fridge did not make the noise when he was here. He said there was nothing he could do about it. I don't know what the purpose of me having a warranty if this is the answer I get. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!

Just patched the problem. Tech left and problem reoccurring the next day. An appointment was scheduled and a different tech took the call. This next Tech never showed up and sent a email to my phone and a signed worker he signed the he had come out and which he did not and could not find the problem. Made another appointment and sent the original Tech out and of instead of replacing a part , he said it was user error which is crazy because we have had this unit fir 2 years and patched it again. I will not recommend Sears home services or choice home warranty.

Short and pushy

Since i always use Sears for my rental properties I feel like in the past experiences I've received good communication and opinions, but not with this repair, the technician was short and he seemed very aggressive when I asked questions, no more sears for me!

Used electrical tape in a heat sensitive area to fix

Does not listen

He tried to twist what i told him and refused to listen when i was clarifying what I meant. I threw him out because he was giving me a heart attack. He only wanted to listen to himself. Argued with me when i was trying to explain. Lazy
