4 work days were missed for the repair that I don't think is repaired because 30 minutes after he left there was water on the floor again. For the loss of work days I could've paid for a new refrigerator.

Multiple issues and repair is still not resolved
This is the 5th service call and there are still unresolved issues. My adult daughter was at home when Brian arrived and I spoke with him via phone. When he shared that he had no idea what was causing the problems and I shared my concerns, without ending the call he HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I immediately called my daughter who said he told her he was not going back and forth with me and he just left the house.

Poor
Not a good technical at All. Never call the customer at all. The customer checked his availability 4 times from 12:30 pm it changes 6 times before he arrives at the house.

Terrible
He came looked at it my cracked freezer door . Said it was not required to be fixed. Gave me a price to pay for a new door myself. He also tried to say it was out of warranty when the receipt I have says 5 year warranty.

Terrible
I would not use this company. This company fixed the same problem 6 months ago (freezer). It broke again and they would not warranty the work they did. Also the warranty company denied the claim because it was fixed less than 6 months ago. I was not informed the warranty company denied the claim. So Sears came over did not fix my freezer but ran my credit card for a service call. They literally walked in my house just to run my credit card.
