Don't waste your money!!

I texted him and canceled the service call so he did not come to my house. I also spoke to him. I figured if y'all were calling my freezer a refrigerator and all I needed was to have a new door gasket installed then I didn't need your services!! You people are absolutely impossible to speak to !! a real live person that is !! When I spoke with him this morning and told him what I needed he said he needed to check the (refrigerator) and that he was not going to bring a gasket that it would have to be ordered so I asked him what was I suppose to do with all the meat I had in my freezer and he said I don't know!! So within the hour I went and purchased a new gasket and installed it 5 hours before he called to say I was next. I told him to cancel my appointment. So like I said in the beginning of this conversation, he did not come to my house!! I will call and cancel the additional 3 years that I had just purchased on Monday. This company in unacceptable.

Frigidaire freezer door very difficult to open

Technician did not know how to fix the problem. The freezer gasket needs to be replaced.

Worthless

Technician refused to make repair because some other company had done work previously on the unit. Preposterous. Unacceptable.

Refrigerator repair

First appointment guy came out on time said he fixed it, but it wasn't fixed. 2nd time guy came out said we needed parts/ ordered parts he came back the 3rd time said he fixed it but still not fixed. Meanwhile had to take 3 days off work because you have to be available 8am to 5 pm. Now I am going to go buy new Refrigerator. I would like to say thanks for nothing.

Poor service

The man just wiped down the freezer as he could not find cause of problem. Wants to put blame on me like i should. not leave door open too long, putting hit stuff in freezer both of which we fo not do, all appliances are poorly made nowadays. Very unhappy, grumpy person, deserves less than one star. My freezer had been a lemon since day one and the problem is more complicated than anyone could fix and i think should be replaced as stipulated in my contract. I sm very unhappy with Sesrs re tratment of this particular freezer. Please count the number of times you came out to fix this freezer for the SAME problem. I am very unhappy.

dryer repair for burnt runner smell

tech said dryer was fine (I was going to dry some clothes and decided to test it like he did) with the door open I started the dryer and flames flared from behind the drum) freaked me out totally unsatisfied

Freezer repair

Worst attitude I've ever seen

Very un professional , swearing and complaining about the job, had to borrow tools, said he didn't care and was going to give his two week notice. Refused to replace the cover spring that was broken because it had rust on it . Slammed the top down and shorted out the machine, smoke and sparks flew out . Then tried to convince me it was ok. I told him to unplug it and leave
