I cannot say enough regarding your technician, Hamayoon. He is a courteous person who represents Sears with distinction. His knowledge of appliance repair is exceptional. Not only was the required part no longer available, but he also gerry-rigged it to be useful until I could purchase another one. Kudos to Sears!!

Your AI System sucks and tried to reschedule me two weeks out several time in one day !!!!!! I had to fight with it until after midnight to get to keep my appointment for today . Justin was awesome and very professional. He's an asset , but your AI system has me looking for another service company . Hopefully I can find a smaller local company that still gives humans jobs instead of killing the human factor for profits!!!!!!
