Poor job
He tryed not to come but I made arrangement for someone to be here. Then when here didn't even take the time to really see what the problem was, just said it had a leak and it was not fixable, this is only 3 years old and I let it set a year to get money saved up, only to be robbed , I will never use your company again for anything I am going to see if I can stop the payment, I got nothing but a lazy man and out a lot of money

Fridge not fixable
It's been more than 2 days than hearing anything from technician. I have to contact Choice warranty to contact the technician to receive information on what to do. My food is spoiled and I am losing money from food waste.

The issue still not fixed.
The issue is still not fixed, I told him and tried explain him that he did the same thing when he previous came and he is doing the same thing again. He did not listen and he said I cleared the ICE and it will fix the issue, however I still see the refrigerator temperature still shows 60 degrees.

Just would not listen to anyone elses ideas
He insisted my problem was do to icing blocking airflow. He was told the refridgerator was unplugged for 24 hours and when plugged in the same problem existed. I asked if he could check the thermistor but he said " I say its not that so". So he steamed the freezer and 10 minutes after he left the alram went off again SO NOT ICING PROBLEM. When I went to put my shelf back in freezer which he did not do, I noticed a huge cut on the inside of my freezer. I went from where he pulled the back cover off to front and deep. I called and requested a supervisor and was told someone would call me back but I am still waiting. Did I say this was the 3rd time they came out for this issue.

Horrible
Horrible once again, i almost left ahs because of sears home services. Absolutely horrible company. They have no idea what their doing and dont answer phone calls

Very unsatisfied, technician not very knowledgeable
Technician said he didn't know much about upright freezer, so he took pictures text another Technician and without looking at freezer quoted me over $1300. If he was not familiar with upright freezer then why you sears send him out. A complete waste of time and money. Will be filing a complaint with the bbb also want a sears representative to contact me

Slow progress
It is a minor refrigerator repair, however it took a month to get it fixed. It is summer, we need refrigerator every day, we understand ordering parts takes time. It took long time for their technician to come before and after the parts. End up we had to buy another refrigerator. It is totally not acceptable

This tech came into our home with no ladder only wanting to educate me on Sears safety rules. I cannot rebuild my home to his specs, I bought it the way it is. He sucks and I NEVER want him back at my home.

I wish I could rate our lack of service a zero
The technician had a huge window of 8 hours. At 7:40 am I got an alert that he was 3 stops away. He didn't show up until 6:30 almost 7:00. He was in my house for maybe 5 minutes and then told my husband he'd be right back and pulled off and never returned. He never looked at our appliances. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with any contractor.

A&E Service is horrible
It took two months before the technician actually tried yo repair my refrigerator. Then after he left my freezer stopped working. I made a third appointment and no one ever showed up. When I called they said they had come by but I wasn't home. I hired a whole different company and found out he had installed the part wrong and crossed the wires and didn't put it in all the way.
