Poor service.

I am not happy with this service. It took too long to get a tech to visit us. My experience was Not good. Raymond did nothing. Said the problem was the height of the drain tube. Also he was not pleasant. I am going to cancel my subscription to you service.

More Damage Than Repair
This service has been dispatched to fix my OTR Microwave 3 times. The first time it was damaged more, the second time, the parts needed were diagnosed and the need for an additional tech. The third time, the tech never showed, instead called and said the OTR Microwave was inaccessible because it's hanging over the range. By definition the microwave is an Over The Range Microwave. It's been over a month, my microwave isn't fixed.

Ref repairs
Did not wait to see if refrigerator was working. Had my husband pug it in and left. Freezer is flashing an H 1 and beeping. Not happy.

Instructed me how to put it on myself
He told me he didn't have the piece and someone would bring it to me and he instructed me how to put the piece on myself when his co worker drop it off tonight or in the morning which i am not a technician

Took months
The man who came was great, everything and I mean everything else was slow and sucked, call center in India and can't get anyone in country who could connect you to either parts or service!

Bait and Switch
Our oven was initially evaluated as needing the heating element replaced. But when David arrived and began the repair, he made a command decision that it was not needed. Even though the new part was in his hand and could have simply been replaced to ensure that the unit would function properly. Of course, as this was being done under a home warranty, it was obvious that he was trying to simply cut corners to not incur any time on the job that he felt was unnecessary.

Service was horrible
Jose had no personality which is not necessary to complete the job. However, he was cold and Kurt. He left a mess in my home that I had to clean up, and when he was asked to cover his shoes, he complied however, after giving my husband an attitude. Jose needs an attitude adjustment. He left a nasty taste in our mouth and he should definitely get some customer service training. I would definitely not appreciate if Sears sent Jose back to my home for any reason.

Insurance claim repair
The technician could not repair, or replace a worn and broken blower switch. The old knob to the blower switch cracked off as a result of normal wear . The insurance company denied the claim because it wasn't determined to be "wear and tear". Also I was required to pay a deductible for no repair and no insurance compensation. The technician gave no information other than the cooktop could not be repaired. Extremely disappointed and will be appealing the insurance claim denial with Home warranty company as well as the Jane Lee with Remax. I paid a deductible to your company for no repair or compensation.
