This tech came into our home with no ladder only wanting to educate me on Sears safety rules. I cannot rebuild my home to his specs, I bought it the way it is. He sucks and I NEVER want him back at my home.

I wish I could rate our lack of service a zero
The technician had a huge window of 8 hours. At 7:40 am I got an alert that he was 3 stops away. He didn't show up until 6:30 almost 7:00. He was in my house for maybe 5 minutes and then told my husband he'd be right back and pulled off and never returned. He never looked at our appliances. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with any contractor.

A&E Service is horrible
It took two months before the technician actually tried yo repair my refrigerator. Then after he left my freezer stopped working. I made a third appointment and no one ever showed up. When I called they said they had come by but I wasn't home. I hired a whole different company and found out he had installed the part wrong and crossed the wires and didn't put it in all the way.

don't know what this is
I really like James, however the repair done didn't even last 12 hours! And unfortunately Sears doesn't stand behind their work. Sears should have come back the next day to fix the issue but instead I am having to wait several days. Refrigerators should be made a priority over other appliances. Very unhappy with Sears and my home warranty.

Refrigerator repair
Problem was not fixed still have the same exact problem a part was replaced but they didn't stick around long enough to see if it fixed it. The refrigerator temperature has been a constance 76 degrees for more than 20 hours

Frig starting to fail again same issue
Very nice person. Put frig back together without replacing faulting part. Its started making that same noise & im reasonably sure we will see the frig go out again soon.

Never again
I will not renew my contract with Sears again. They do not do what they promised to do and gives you the run around until you get exhausted. Replacement means you choose from their rejects and naturally more problems. Never sgain.

Refrigerator leaking water
Tech was here, couldn't find leak. He claimed that it was the dishwasher, sink, icemaker hose, bathroom sink, or the roof, even though it stopped leaking when I turned off the water to the refrigerator and the only damage to the floor is on top of the floor, under the refrigerator. He also said that I should troubleshoot and find the leak myself. Half an hour after he left, the top of the floor was wet until I turned off the water and released the water pressure. He also wanted me to sign that there was floor damage not related to the refrigerator, and release the company from any damage caused by the refrigerator in the future. I called A&E and the computer won't let me talk to a person. Not a good first impression.

Very congenial.
Blake was likeable but lacked the training to do the job. I still don't have any air conditioning! This is the second technician you have sent out with no results yet I have to pay over $300.00 for no repairs!! Is this fair!
