Jordan came and he stated right away he never worked on my model refrigerator and doesn't know what to do. He took my refrigerator apart and replaced the ordered parts. My refrigerator is still leaking and the problem was not fixed. Need another appointment.

Rude and elitist

This is the same Tech that evaluated our stove several weeks ago, and at that time refused to replace our heating element, even though it was not getting to the proper temperature. He tried to justify his decision based on his "25 years of experience." But we still needed them return and re-evaluate it as it's still not working. And they sent the same Technician who was so rude to my Wife and other family members. He arrived already assuming that our oven was working properly. But it doesn't heat properly and it has been severely undercooking our food. This person will never be allowed back in my home again.

4 different techs, 3 months and 1 still inoperable stove

Overall rating

Steven was fine, but we have had 4 people come out and try to fix this stove and its still broke. We purchased this home and the warranty was transferred to us and this has been nothing but a waste of our time. 4 techs couldnt fix this. We told Steven just to close it out and we will buy another stove

Lazy tech

Tech was very lazy and did not want to replace parts. He left everything a mess and told my mom to clean it up and put this stuff back in the freezer that he took out. He came in the door rushing

I'm unavailable to press on the screen thee got replaced. Also lots of screws were not put in place, they were left out. I would be calling again for a better repair.

Dishonest and lying.

He told us he was arriving four different times on the 19th. We got tons of emails and texts about it. Next thing we know he says he's been here and we weren't home. We have been home all day. We have been working out in the yard by the front door so we don't miss him. We have painters here painting the house he never showed up. He never fix our refrigerator. He totally lied about everything The worst service man. What kind of business are you running there? We have been waiting two months to get our refrigerator fixed. We have the parts here in a box. It's been here since June. This is absolutely ridiculous. Your service is embarrassing and you all lied to us. He even went as far as just sent us the receipt for his completion of our refrigerator repair, which again is a total lie. No wonder seers is going out of business. We have had this problem for over three months again the part has been sitting here since June in a box he has canceled on us five or six times and now he tells us he's been here no way that's impossible.

Nothing was done -- he verified the problems --- saw some mouse droppings -- and said he could not work on an appliance where there was mouse droppings nearby !!!!!

Mr. Roy didn't call the day before he came to get information about the workorder. Got an attitude when I.told.him I was at work. He then told.me I had to pay him before any work would be done. I woke my son to let him in the house and then told my son that it was supposed to be a refrigerator not a freezer and it should have been left plugged in. Well if he would have called and told me that then that would have been great. Looked at it and said he couldn't do anything because it wasn't plugged in long enough.
