Didn't like your service, I was expecting a early morning customer service call i,,had to check my email to find out to see did I have a service tech coming today..,.Sorry Sorry to say this man had a Bad !Bad! Body hygiene with him, early morning , had to spray my home with Lysol , when he left my home , smell was the worst, for him to be at someone home for service call this morning..Kindly talk with your tech employees before coming to.someone home... about there personal hygiene and ...

Wrong diagnosis
The tech didn't know what was wrong with my stove and said there would be a cash out. AHS didn't agree with that and sent another company out to look at it and found the problem was a computer board issue that it had burned out and was unsafe to use' I'm still waiting for AHS to make a decision on what they are going to do about it. I have been without a stove for a month now. Very disappointed in the efficiency of this process.

Lazy Repairman
Came in without tool bag. Took a look, asked wierd questions like how much do I pay for my warranty service and how hots my water, said items aren't covered, so didn't bother to submit repair claim to warranty company to determine what's covered and isn't, so we could then determine our out of pocket repair costs to proceed. If I could rate a zero, I would.

Oven repair, Choice Home Warranty
I am deeply disappointed in the visit yesterday (11/14/23). I was not able to talk to a technician prior to the visit. It would have been very helpful if someone had contacted me to discuss the issue and they would have been more educated about the issue. I knew the issue was likely the igniter part for the oven, but could have provided the information (more in-depth symptoms, model make and number, etc) that the tech could have been more prepared for the service call and had the part with him in order to make repairs more efficiently. It is my understanding that igniters are a pretty common problem. So this process (and not being able to reach anyone via phone for more discussion) has caused the oven to not be repaired - and more inconveniently - just as the holiday is approaching. Additionally, i had to sit here at the house beginning at 8am until his arrival - at 2pm. I could have run errands in the morning prior to his visit. The time range given to me was 8am -5pm - which is UNACCEPTABLE!! I had hopes that the warranty company would have chosen to use a more local contractor, but this one came from Richmond. In short, i will never knowingly use this contractor again. If rated, i would say 1 star out of 4.

Didn't fix anything.
Hired to diagnose/fix my failing refrigerator. Ended up getting suckered and scammed into paying a hundred bucks just to turn the defrost timer knob with a screwdriver. Which ibviously5 didn't fix anything at all. When will I learn not to trust these low quality companies? Never going through this for anything again and will be telling as many people as possible to do the same.

Washer
Washer was not repaired. Proper parts did not arrive. Technician stated the washer needed to be reprogrammed by the factory manufacturer.

I've maker
I am very unhappy since the new ice maker still is not maker or dropping ice cubes. The tech was in and out in less than 5 minutes snd when asked when the first ice will drop, he replied whenever, I need this ice maker fixed.

Not satisfied
The issue with my refrigerator wasn't investigated. Just said "well it's not doing it now" and that was it. Didn't receive any call on what the plan for the future was.

One star is too much
I wanted to give no stars. Gave one star for showing up. Now going on 5 weeks without refrigerator. Parts not brought and then claim denied. Very poor trouble shooting and the only communication was multiple emails and texts reminded us to be here and wait all day so we don't waste their time. Our texts regarding parts and communication said they read them, but in fact it never went to anyone.

Range oven finally repaired
It took 4 weeks for your company to compete the service request with numerous cancelations from your company with no notice. A couple of no call, no show ups. Unable to speak to anyone personally when cancelations occurred or rescheduled. The tech was fine when he showed up. Not great customer service.
