Wow, unbelievable
no call no show and all of a sudden I get this text message to Wright. The service technician that I requested never show up again this is second no-show they resend them for the second time but for the third time I asked for him not to ever come to my house again.

i pay a monthly fee to cover all my appliances for preventive maintanance a repairs, but he still charge me money for cleaning it.............

Disappointed
Phuoc was not helpful at all, unlike Eric who has helped me in the past. Phouc was frustrated the minute I opened my front door and commenting that the machine he was there to fix should just be replaced. He commented about how busy he was on Friday's and how this was a two man job that would take more than 3 hours. Phouc then stepped out to discuss this with his boss and next thing I know, he drove away with no communication. Phouc did not attempt to fix my machine that has been broken for more than a month and if he would have taken 5 minutes to even look at the situation, he would have discovered that the machine was not fixable and needed to be replaced. I now had to wait another week for Eric to arrive and make that determination. It's not on the customer if you are having a bad day or your coworker called in. Communication is very important and compassion that my interaction with Phouc lacked from start to finish.

The technician is a fraud
He only collects for a service call even though he doesn't provide service . He doesn't show up for the appointment . He claims that the washer is for commercial use when it is for my personal use . I live at the location . He started service on October 27th at which time he ordered parts for the repair . When he finally returned on December 19th to perform the repair , he then decided that it was not for my personal use . I'm tired of this . My next step is to hire my lawyer to handle this . I will sue both you sir and the warranty agent . Have a good day

Cancellations, appointment times changes
Unable to tal to a humane, automatic phone service not helpful. Confirmed appointment emails are useless. Cancelled appointments, Last appointment confirmed 9:00am- kept changing all day long. Service person dud not show until after 4. He stated that's the reason they say 8-5:00. So confirmed appointment mean nothing. I was so up set I meat to show him To cracked shelves that need to be replaced. I just need ordered. Thank god I can install.

Horrible Experience
We initially had a tech out from Sears (through American Home Shield) and he was great. He got the repair for our freezer approved by AHS and ordered the parts. Once the parts came, we got a tech who was completely worthless. I could tell from the moment he walked in that he didn't want to do the work. He made it a point to call AHS and tell them it's a stand alone freezer, which is a COMPLETE lie. It's clearly a side-by-side. He then said they couldn't do the work, AFTER IT WAS ALREADY APPROVED. This tech is worthless and should immediately be fired. He literally slithered out of our house after he took the parts that were ordered. I would NEVER allow him back in our house. He's a liar and he's lazy.

Unprofessional
My appointment window was between 8am-12noon. The worker called about 3:10 12 /30/ 2023 and ask me if I had laid out the material (gaskets) that arrived at my house Nov 25 in 4 boxes. I responded saying no. I asked him what is his ETA? He said about 15 minutes. When he arrived at my front door at 3 :30 I asked him if he had any shoe covers he told me No I don't ! Do you want to reschedule? I had to let this worker into my house with out any shoe covers. He never apologized about being late And he had an attitude. If I had not have said are you going to leave those boxes right there in the kitchen? Oh I will take them back downstairs. I spent my whole day getting my refrigerator fixed . He left my house at about 4:30 WOW! Bad Service!

Dryer Repair
He got the dryer to run while he was here. We tried to dry a load of clothes a couple of hours later and the dryer would not even come on. I called my warranty service and they said it would be Jan 10th before someone would be back. It was least working and cutting off when it got hot now it's not working at all.
